Rain Forests
We will learn all about rainforests and their importance to our eco system. We will locate the world’s rainforests on a map and will look at corresponding biomes. We will look in detail at the different layers of the rainforest and understand the importance of each.

We will read the text ‘The Vanishing Rainforest’ and will focus on how to create atmosphere linked to this text. We will identify the features of an information text and will create one of our own.
